Need help with overcoming burnout

Hey everyoneI joined college 2 weeks back after having to take a gap of a year due to some health issue. This year was mainly spent at home focusing on recovery and the latter part was spent completing online courses. All of this however was done at my own pace.Now ever since I’ve started back with college, I feel completely drained once I return home. The first 2 weeks I was trying to manage college along with continuing some online courses as well, and that left me feeling like I was trying to bite off a lot more than I could chew. The stress even started manifesting itself physically.This past week I’ve tried to just relax and chill by playing some video games once I’m home, which has been a little bit better. However, this kinda makes me feel guilty that I’m wasting my time so to speak. So, I guess I just need some help trying to prevent working myself into the ground. Would appreciate any advice.
