This book was one of the first “self-help” books I’ve ever read. Shit, maybe one the first books in general.
I think is does a very very good job at reaching a new audience and bringing them into the “self-help” world.
Before the book, I sure wasn't interested in my own well-being and still wasn’t throughout most of the book.
However, I kept reading because the book is entertaining and, eventually, a few things stuck with me.
I still use what I've learned from the book to this day and give credit to Mark Manson for my case of becoming a mild ''self-help'' junkie.
If you are new to the “self-help” world, I'm actually not sure if you should start with this book.
But if you are like me and enjoy a mix between knowledge and entertainment, The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A Fuck is the book for you.
